Attention First Nations youth!
If you are looking to learn or enhance your beadwork skills and connect with others, the Southern Chiefs’ Organization is offering a weekly beading program for First Nations youth from SCO member Nations who are beginner or intermediate beaders.
Lauren Prince of Long Plain First Nation is facilitating these circles. She is passionate about cultural arts and believes beading is a way to connect with culture, express creativity, heal, and share stories.
Both groups will be working on the same projects. Pick the dates that work best for you:
