Join the First Nations Disability Program at the Southern Chiefs’ Organization (SCO) for a special presentation on the Integrated Adult Services Pilot Project.
This pilot project is aimed at enhancing the service delivery model for adults with both a medical diagnosis and complex disability-related needs.
