If you were a child-in-care with either a provincial CFS agency or a federal CFS agency funded by Indigenous Services Canada, you *may* be eligible to receive up to $40,000 in compensation.

If you are eligible for this payment, you are going to need:

~Government-issued identification

There are easy-to-follow instructions and guidance for applying for this class action on this website.

You can also find information here.

IMPORTANT note: You do NOT need to hire anyone to apply for this payment for you.
