Join SCO’s First Nations Disability Program for a Cedar Bath Ceremony: April 28 & 30

The First Nations Disability Program at the Southern Chiefs’ Organization (SCO) is inviting First Nation citizens living with a disability, and their caregivers, to take part in a Cedar Bath Ceremony on Monday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 30.

You can receive a cedar bath during four session times on these two dates:

  • 9:30 – 10:30 AM
  • 11 AM – 12 PM
  • 1 – 2 PM
  • 2:30 – 3:30 PM

The ceremony is taking place at Unit 105 – 1555 St. James Street in Winnipeg, Treaty One Territory.

Please note our site is wheelchair accessible.

The ceremonies are only available to First Nation citizens living with a disability, along with their caregivers.

Space is limited! SCO is hosting up to eight participants per session.

A waitlist will be created once spots fill up.

SCO will provide refreshments and door prizes.

If you need accessible transportation within Winnipeg, please contact SCO to make arrangements.
