April 5, 2024

Do you need a Manitoba Health Card? Is your Manitoba Health Card up to date?

If you need a new card, the Southern Chiefs’ Organization (SCO) can help!

SCO now offers First Nations citizens assistance if you need to register, replace, or update your Manitoba Health Card.

Staff can assist you through the process and discuss the necessary documents needed to obtain your Manitoba Health Card.

It is important to keep your information updated on your personal Manitoba Health Card to receive health care services and to show you are covered.

A Manitoba Health Card can also be used as acceptable identification when applying for your Secure Certificate of Indian Status Card.
