The Southern Chiefs’ Organization (SCO) proudly supports the Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation as they prepare to host Ojibway language camps this summer.
Set along Sandy Bay’s lakeshore, this enriching experience blends daily language learning, cultural teachings, and land-based activities.
Session 1: July 21 to 25, 2025
Session 2: July 28 to August 1, 2025
This camp is open to all young people, ages 12 to 18, from Treaty One First Nations.
Sandy Bay and SCO encourage parents and guardians to attend this camp with their children.
You can bring your own camping gear. If you need a tent, one can be provided.
All meals and refreshments are included.
There are washroom facilities on site with showers nearby.

REVITALIZING LANGUAGE, LAND, AND CULTURE IN SANDY BAY!
