Implementation

The Implementation subcommittee was established to plan and coordinate the implementation of a First Nation led Health system for the southern First Nations. This includes the integration of recommendations from the following 5 subcommittees: Data and Evaluation, Traditional Knowledge, Partnerships & Collaboration, Governance, and Communications. Its work includes planning, coordination, change management processes, co-management, implementation and transition to a new First Nation health system. Implementation Terms of Reference (PDF).
